Sr. Performance Testing Engineer (Telangana)

Job Summary: - We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Testing Engineer to lead our performance testing initiatives. - You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing performance tests for complex enterprise applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of speed, scalability, and stability. - This is a critical role for ensuring our applications can handle peak loads and deliver a seamless user experience. - Your expertise will guide our development teams in building resilient and high-performing software. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and strategies for various applications. - Use performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to create realistic load, stress, and endurance tests. - Analyze test results and identify system bottlenecks, performance gaps, and root causes of issues. - Work collaboratively with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve performance issues. - Set up and maintain performance test environments, including monitoring tools and dashboards. - Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for performance testing. - Create and present detailed performance reports and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. - Expertise in performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling). - Strong scripting skills (e.g., Java, Python, Groovy) for creating complex test scripts. - Solid understanding of application architecture, databases, and networking concepts. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools (e.g., BlazeMeter, AWS Performance Testing). - Knowledge of APM tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Datadog, Recent Relic). - Experience with CI/CD integration for automated performance testing. - Performance testing certifications. - Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
