Job Description: 1. LEAD AI & DATA SCIENTIST About the Role Join Logicrest Technologies as our Lead AI & Data Scientist and take ownership of cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives that power real-world industrial automation systems. You'll architect and deploy production-grade machine learning models that directly impact critical infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy predictive models for industrial applications - Build and maintain robust data pipelines for real-time sensor data ingestion, validation, and processing - Implement safety-critical logic with bulletproof failsafes, redundancy checks, and emergency protocols - Collaborate directly with the CTO on model architecture and strategic AI decisions - Mentor Backend Engineers and AI Support Interns on ML best practices - Handle industrial sensor data challenges including noise, sensor drift, and connectivity drops - Work closely with IoT Engineers on data integration from PLCs and SCADA systems - Present technical findings and model performance metrics to stakeholders and investors Required Qualifications Experience: - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with proven industrial or IoT project background - Strong expertise in Time-Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, or Predictive Maintenance - Track record of shipping production AI systems (not just academic projects) Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy etc. - Hands-on experience with real-time data processing frameworks (Apache Kafka, Stream Processing) - Understanding of model deployment, containerization (Docker), and cloud ML pipelines - Experience with industrial PLCs, SCADA systems, or control engineering (highly valued) Job Description: 1.
