AWS Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure with Linux Admin and VMware Infra Admin)

Role & Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management (AWS & Azure) Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS and Azure services. Manage compute (EC2, Azure VMs), storage (S3, Blob), networking (VPC, VNets), and databases. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Monitor cloud environments for performance, cost optimization, and scalability. Ensure compliance with security and governance frameworks (ISO, CIS, GDPR). Manage and secure Linux servers (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS). Perform patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of OS-level issues. Configure services like Apache/Nginx, SSH, DNS, firewalls, and monitoring tools. Automate tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, or Puppet. Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi clusters. Manage virtual machines, storage, and networking in on-premises environments. Implement disaster recovery (DR) and backup strategies. Optimize virtualization resources for high availability and fault tolerance.
