The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled SOC Automation Engineer to enhance our Security Operations Center (SOC) efficiency through automation. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows to streamline incident detection, response, and remediation processes. - Job Title: SOC Automation - Division: Information Security - Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years - Education: BE/BTech - Full time - Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai/Chennai Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain automation scripts and playbooks for SOC processes using SOAR platforms (e.g., Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk Phantom) - Integrate security tools (SIEM, EDR, Threat Intelligence) with automation workflows - Collaborate with SOC teams to identify repetitive tasks and automate them for operational efficiency - Monitor and optimize automation performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability - Document automation processes and provide training to SOC analysts - Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and security best practices .
