About the role
As a Test Automation Developer at Nationwide's Technology team, you will be responsible for leading automation strategy, building scalable test frameworks, integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring highquality delivery across Guidewirebased Personal Lines systems. Your role will require strong insurance domain expertise, handson automation experience (Tosca preferred), and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive continuous quality improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy software according to standards in an agile environment. - Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure data and technology solutions are protected from threats and vulnerabilities. - Use DevSecOps practices, tooling, and techniques. - Drive continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice, and innovation. - Manage medium to large project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables proactively. - Collaborate across teams and adhere to company standards. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or a related degree. Technology experience or nontraditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree. - Four or more years of analysis and technology experience.
