Technology Program Manager - India

As a Technology Program Manager at Nationwide, you will be responsible for driving innovation and adopting new technologies that deliver business results for a Fortune 100 company with nearly $70 billion in annual sales. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute 20+ cross-functional workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business strategy - Drive large-scale program delivery with measurable outcomes and operational excellence - Act as the single point of accountability and communication for program outcomes - Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communication to stakeholders including executive leadership and board members - Manage end-to-end program lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and exceeding quality standards - Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to enable a high-performance, unified delivery environment - Proactively identify risks and dependencies before escalation, develop robust mitigation strategies, and manage organizational change effectively - Utilize core program management competencies such as strategic road mapping, risk & dependency management, resource & capacity planning, financial management, governance & PMO excellence, data-driven decision making, and change management. Required Qualifications & Expertise: - 8-12 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategic consulting - Strong background in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with global stakeholder exposure - Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies - PMP certification preferred - Exceptional ability to simplify complex problems into actionable insights - Full-time MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from premier institutes such as IIMs or ISB - Must be currently based in Hyderabad with experience in the Hyderabad GCC ecosystem.
