Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly accomplished and versatile Consultant / Senior Consultant Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of key strategic initiatives. This role demands an elite professional who combines strategic vision with handson execution excellence, managing and delivering 20+ concurrent, highimpact workstreams. The role requires exceptional communication, precision execution, and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence. ResponsibilitiesLead and execute 20+ crossfunctional workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business strategy.Drive largescale program delivery with measurable outcomes and operational excellence.Act as the single point of accountability and communication for program outcomes.Deliver clear, concise, and impactful communication to stakeholders including executive leadership and board members.Manage endtoend program lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and exceeding quality standards.Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to break down silos and enable a highperformance, unified delivery environment.Proactively identify risks and dependencies before escalation, develop robust mitigation strategies, and manage organizational change effectively.Translate vision into structured, outcomedriven execution plans; anticipate and mitigate crossfunctional dependencies.Optimize allocation across competing priorities and manage multimilliondollar budgets, ROI, and forecasting.Establish scalable governance frameworks and standards; build executive dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking.Drive adoption of new processes and systems seamlessly.Qualifications812 years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or strategic consulting.Strong background in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with global stakeholder exposure.Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.PMP certification preferred.Exceptional communication skills, ability to simplify complex problems into actionable insights, and strong executive presence.Versatility across business, technology, and financial domains; extreme ownership and delivery under pressure.Fulltime MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from premier institutes (e.g., IIMs, ISB).Current residency in Hyderabad; relocation not considered.Experience in the Hyderabad GCC ecosystem preferred.Technology Project Manager ResponsibilitiesDrive endtoend delivery of expected business outcomes, realization of benefits, and incremental value.Apply secure software and systems engineering practices to protect data and technology solutions.Communicate critical issues, visibility, and change management guidance to deliver business outcomes.Facilitate contract negotiations, statement of work development, and vendor oversight toward expected goals.Prioritize deliverables, handle moderate to complex issues/risks, and govern dependencies.Deliver status/health reports (e.g., KPIs) to track value delivery and optimize workflow.Manage medium to large project/product financials and serve as a professional guide on benefit realization and agile delivery.Location and CompensationLocation: Hyderabad, India.
