Technical Architect - Full Stack Technologies

As a pragmatic and battle-tested Technical Architect Developer Hybrid, your role will involve working with the sharpest minds in the financial industry at Mintoak to build a next-generation platform vision. Embracing simplicity and evolutionary design, you will drive multiple next-generation platform initiatives, ensuring backend architectures are structurally designed for massive scale, extreme availability, and high performance using Java microservices and AI and API-first design principles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving, owning, and executing multiple next-generation platform initiatives. - Ensuring seamless data flow, state management, and consistency across Java backend services, React Web platforms, and Mobile/POS applications. - Leading the hands-on prototyping, design, and integration of AI/ML utilities into core production pipelines. - Acting as the go-to responder for high-priority production incidents and driving down MTTR by debugging critical technical issues. - Reinforcing XP practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, and clean code. - Partnering closely with Product Management and clients to scope out releases and deliver high-quality outputs on predictable schedules. Your technical skills and experience should include: - Deep hands-on mastery of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem. - Strong architecture and implementation experience with AWS services, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes. - Expertise in distributed system design using SQL & NoSQL databases and messaging fabrics like RabbitMQ & NATS. - Proficiency in integrating AI utilities and foundational frameworks into backend infrastructure. - Experience with automation (CI/CD pipelines) and observability frameworks such as Prometheus and Grafana. - Understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React) and Mobile development (Android/iOS) along with knowledge of C++. Qualifications required for this role: - 10+ years of technical experience in fast-growing Fintech or transaction-heavy payment processing sectors. - BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. from a premier or tier-1/tier-2 institute. With an experience range of 10-15 years and educational qualifications in B.Tech/B.E and M.Tech, your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Architecture, Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, Artificial Intelligence, and LLM will be crucial for success in this role.
