Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused professional with solid hands-on experience across major cloud platforms who can troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues, ensure high availability, and deliver exceptional technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 technical support for cloud infrastructure issues across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to cloud compute, storage, networking, databases, and security services within defined SLAs - Monitor cloud infrastructure health, performance, and availability using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools - Manage and resolve tickets related to cloud provisioning, access management, cost optimization, and configuration issues - Assist with cloud migration, deployment, and infrastructure setup activities as required - Collaborate with DevOps, network, security, and application teams to resolve complex multi-layer cloud issues - Maintain accurate documentation of cloud configurations, incident reports, runbooks, and resolution procedures - Identify recurring cloud issues and proactively recommend permanent fixes or architectural improvements - Ensure cloud environments comply with security best practices, IAM policies, and organizational governance standards - Support on-call rotations for critical cloud infrastructure incidents as required
