About the role
SAPITInformation SystemsSAPSAPSAPSAPSAPDuties & ResposibilitiesProvide functional support related to SAP and other applications.Focus on the deployment and enhancement of the Global Template for Finance.Manage stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication to address their issues and keep them updated on related IT matters.Understand user requirements.Recommend SAP solutions to align and enable business processes within Information Systems technology strategy, standards, and processes.Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflows.Configure SAP application functionality (hands-on), as required.Perform unit and integration testing on SAP Development and Quality Assurance servers to ensure high-quality solutions.Act as a liaison and problem solver for SAP application issues.Demonstrate experience managing and delivering multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) involving cross-functional teams.Collaborate, as needed, with other SAP support team members on design questions and analysis.Prior experience in a finance-related role in a retail environment.Experience with tax solutions, fixed assets, and credit card processing.Experience with service design concepts and processes is desired.Participate in production support for already live markets.Document functional specifications, design specifications, and development requests.Work in a matrix environment, coordinating with outsourced support vendors in an onsite/offshore setup.Coordinate and work closely with other work streams.Complete other duties as needed or assigned, either as an individual contributor or as part of the team. .
