Java L2 Support

Skills: Java, Linux, Unix Experience: 5-12 yrs Location: Bangalore (5 Days WFO) Roles & Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.36 years of experience in L2 Production Support/Application Support within enterprise environments.Strong hands-on knowledge of Java, including the ability to read code, debug issues, analyse stack traces, and work closely with development teams.Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, data analysis, and troubleshooting database-related issues.Good Unix/Linux knowledge with experience in log analysis, process monitoring, file handling, and troubleshooting production issues.Understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, and distributed application environments.Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to identify issues through application logs, code analysis, and database investigations.Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar.AI-powered productivity tools.AWS Cloud Practitioner or other cloud certifications would be an added advantage.ITIL/ITSM certification or exposure to IT Service Management frameworks is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users, development teams, and senior stakeholders.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Investment Banking environments will be an advantage. .
