As a Principal Engineer - Engineering at NoPo Nanotechnologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and scaling systems to address complex engineering challenges. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in mechanical design, NPD, and subsystem development in Specialty Chemicals / Nano Technologies Start-ups / EPC Industries with Hands-On experience and team management. - Exposure to thermal, high pressure-driven, or chemical process systems is a strong advantage. - Proficiency in SolidWorks, understanding of DFMA principles, mechanical tolerating, and design optimization for fabrication. - Knowledge of ASME BPV, ANSI standards, and other relevant mechanical codes. - Familiarity with manufacturing methods such as CNC machining, sheet metal, welding, and assembly practices. - Soft skills including being a self-starter, strong communicator, team collaborator, problem solver, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
