Role Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases. Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to define product vision and roadmap. Analyze and document integrations with third-party applications, APIs, and external platforms. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to define user journeys and mobile app workflows. Work closely with development teams following Agile/Scrum methodologies. One Agile Business Analyst certification is must. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Ensure traceability from business requirements through implementation and testing. Proficient in APIs testing and familiar with Mobile App components.
