Senior Technical project Manager/ Delivery Manager- CloudOps (Karnataka)

Job Title : Senior Technical project Manager/ Delivery Manager- CloudOps Experience: 10 + years Location: Bangalore Job Descriptions - CloudOps Managed Service Owns end-to-end delivery of the 24x7 CloudOps managed service - SLAs, governance and the client relationship - across cloud and hybrid on-prem estates. Key responsibilities - Own service delivery against agreed SLAs; run governance, reporting and continuous improvement. - Act as the single point of accountability to the client and manage escalations. - Oversee 24x7 operations, shift coverage and on-call rotations. - Ensure ITIL processes - incident, problem and change - are followed and audited. - Drive total case ownership - the team owns every case through to resolution and closure. - Govern SOP development, review issue and problem patterns, and sponsor and prioritise automation. - Lead the team leads and engineers; manage capacity, transition and onboarding. - Own service security, compliance, capacity and cost optimization governance across managed environments. - Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness. - Drive observability, service reliability and automation initiatives. Skills & experience - 10+ years in IT operations / managed services, including 3+ years in a delivery leadership role. - Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management. - Understanding of cloud security, FinOps and SRE/Observability practices. - Robust ITIL grounding; provide guidance and expertise on cloud (AWS and/or Azure), hybrid on-prem and databases. - Proven experience running 24x7 operations to SLA. - Commercial, reporting and governance acumen. Certifications - ITIL 4 - PMP or PRINCE2. - Cloud foundational - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
