ERP Functional Consultant

As an ERP Functional Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating the ERP Next implementation activities. You will serve as the primary connection between internal departments and the ERP implementation partner to ensure seamless execution, process alignment, user adoption, and continuous system enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - ERP Implementation & Coordination - Coordinate closely with the ERP Next implementation partner for successful project execution. - Gather business requirements from various departments and translate them into ERP workflows. - Ensure proper configuration and alignment of ERP Next with organizational processes. - Track implementation progress, milestones, testing, and issue resolution. - Functional & Process Management - Understand and manage end-to-end business processes across departments. - Perform detailed process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap identification. - Recommend process improvements and ERP-based solutions for operational efficiency. - Ensure proper integration and coordination between different ERP modules. - ERP Next Module Handling - Should have working knowledge and coordination capability in modules such as: - Sales & CRM - Purchase, Inventory & Warehouse - Manufacturing / Production / Quality - Accounts & Finance - HR & Payroll - Reports & Dashboards - Troubleshooting & User Support - Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues within ERP Next. - Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixing and customization requirements. - Support end users with day-to-day ERP operational issues. - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Data Management & System Maintenance - Handle master data preparation, validation, and bulk uploads. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of transactional and master data. - Support data migration and system testing activities. - Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and SOPs. - Training & Change Management - Train internal users on ERP processes and module usage. - Drive ERP adoption across departments. - Prepare user manuals, process documents, and training materials. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong functional knowledge of ERP Next and ERP implementation lifecycle. - Good understanding of manufacturing and business operations. - Excellent process mapping and analytical skills. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external consultants. - Good understanding of data upload templates, reports, and workflows. - Strong communication and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, or related field. - ERP Next certification or prior ERP implementation experience is preferred. - Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. - Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or basic ERP customization concepts is beneficial. Experience Required: - 2-5 years of experience in ERP functional consulting / ERP coordination / ERP implementation support. - Experience with ERP Next preferred.
