Full-Stack Product Engineer (Noida)

Role & responsibilities - Own features end-to-end from backend API design to Android delivery with minimal cross-team handoff - Design and implement RESTful APIs using OpenAPI/Swagger so backend and mobile development can proceed in parallel - Build, maintain, and debug Java backend services (Spring Boot, Tomcat) including legacy codebases - Develop and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose - Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as a core productivity tool decompose tasks for agents and rigorously verify their output - Write clean, tested, production-ready code with ownership of quality no "the AI wrote it" exceptions - Collaborate with product to reason through ambiguous requirements and translate them into shippable specs - Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices - Experience designing API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger) and working with mock APIs - Comfort working in legacy codebases (Tomcat, older Spring versions) not just greenfield - Active use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or Codex) in daily workflow - Ability to decompose a product feature into backend + mobile tasks and ship both independently Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on engineer who can own features from idea to shipped backend and mobile independently. You will build and maintain Java backend services, design clean API contracts, and deliver Android features, all while leveraging AI coding agents to move faster across the stack than a traditional single-discipline developer. You should be comfortable in real-world systems, including legacy Java/Tomcat codebases, not just greenfield projects. .
