Product Manager

As a Product Manager at CarTrade Tech Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, product innovation, and digital financial solutions within the FinTech ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a part of the end-to-end product development lifecycle for FinTech products and initiatives, focusing on internal, dealer, and consumer workflows. - Driving product strategy and execution in areas such as payments, lending, financial services, dealer financing, subscription and monetization products, wallets/payment integrations, and risk and fraud management. - Conducting market analysis, customer research, competitor benchmarking, and ecosystem studies to identify growth opportunities and customer pain points. - Developing and communicating product roadmaps, business objectives, prioritization frameworks, and growth strategies. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, test, and launch scalable FinTech solutions. - Working with external partners to enable seamless financial integrations and customer experiences. - Ensuring products comply with regulatory, compliance, security, and risk management requirements. - Identifying opportunities to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI into FinTech workflows for fraud detection, risk scoring, personalization, customer support automation, financial insights, and operational automation. - Conceptualizing and scaling AI-driven financial product features and automation use cases with the Engineering and Data teams. - Staying updated on emerging FinTech trends, digital payment ecosystems, AI innovations, regulatory developments, and evolving customer behaviors. Qualifications required for this role include: - Postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in Product Management with exposure to FinTech, Payments, Lending, Financial Services, or Transactional Platforms. - Strong understanding of financial systems, lending processes, internal, dealer, and customer-facing financial products and workflows. - Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven product decision-making approach. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration. - Passion for technology, digital financial ecosystems, and emerging FinTech trends. - Hands-on experience in Agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or data-driven product initiatives preferred.
