UX Design and Research Intern

As a curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented UX Design & Research Intern at our company, you will join the product team to contribute to user-centered design solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to conduct user research, analyze insights, and create intuitive digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Translate research findings into wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes - Contribute to interaction design, information architecture, and user experience improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and user insights - Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions UX Research: - Assist in planning and conducting user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and contextual inquiries - Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities - Create research summaries, personas, user journey maps, and insight reports - Support competitive analysis and industry research Collaboration & Documentation: - Maintain organized research and design documentation - Present findings and design recommendations to stakeholders - Help establish best practices for user-centered design and research Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field - Graduating in 2026 - Understanding of UX design principles and user research methodologies - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights Please note that we are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all interns and employees.
