Tech Lead / Founding Product Engineer (AI-First Product Builder) Delhi NCR (On-Site Only) OmVrti.ai is a Silicon Valley-based Vertical Agentic AI company building the next-generation AI Operating System for Enterprise Efficiency. What You'll Build You will help build the core platform behind our Vertical Agentic AI Operating System, enabling enterprises to automate and optimize highly complex workflows through autonomous AI agents. What We're Looking For IIT graduates with exceptional academic and technical achievements 520 years of software engineering experience Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, Kubernetes, AWS, and Full-Stack Development Strong architecture and system design capabilities Builders who use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms extensively Individuals who can deliver in days what traditionally takes teams weeks or months This Role Is Not For You If You are looking for a routine 9-to-5 job You prefer narrowly defined responsibilities You want to work remotely This Role Is For You If You want to build products, not just write code You thrive in high-performance environments You want significant ownership and responsibility You want to work alongside ambitious people solving difficult problems You aspire to help build a category-defining global AI company Compensation & Equity We offer top-tier compensation along with meaningful equity ownership.
