Tech Lead / Lead Developer (Java)

Job Description: You will be joining OMverti.Ai, a technology-driven enterprise specializing in scalable artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for optimizing complex business workflows. Your role as a Hiring Tech Lead / Lead Developer will involve spearheading the design and implementation of core backend systems supporting AI-driven products. Collaborating with various teams, you will be responsible for translating intricate business requirements into robust technical architectures to enhance platform performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and develop high-performance backend services using Java and J2EE for seamless integration with AI modules. - Lead the migration of monolithic applications to a Microservices Architecture for improved modularity and deployment efficiency. - Orchestrate containerized applications via Kubernetes to ensure optimal resource utilization and high availability in production environments. - Mentor junior developers through code reviews and software craftsmanship best practices to elevate technical standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps aligning software development with long-term business objectives. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed systems to uphold a superior user experience for enterprise clients. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in building enterprise-grade applications with Java, J2EE, and the Spring framework, emphasizing design patterns and clean code principles. - Experience in designing and maintaining scalable Microservices Architecture, including service discovery, inter-service communication, and distributed data management. - Hands-on deployment and management of containerized workloads within Kubernetes clusters, configuring CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams. - Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5 to 20 years of professional software development experience. - Ability to adapt to an on-site work environment in Delhi, actively solving technical challenges in a fast-paced, startup-oriented culture.
