Sr. Software Engineer/Tech Lead

As a Software Engineer or Tech Lead at our Delhi R&D center, you will be responsible for the following: - Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches. - Creates secure and high-quality production code, maintains algorithms, and produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications. - Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large data sets. - Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture. - Contributes to software engineering communities and events exploring new technologies. Qualifications required for the role include: - Proficiency in Java programming and coding. - Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies. - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes. - Provide secure AI tooling for enterprise environments. - Develop golden paths for AI-assisted SDLC and run LLMOps for shared services. Preferred qualifications also include: - Proficiency in Java programming, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Experience with cloud technologies, specifically AWS and NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, and the financial/banking industry.
