Role Overview We are looking for an AI-Native Engineer who can design and build AI-first applications where AI is the core foundation, not just a feature. You will work on LLM-powered systems, AI agents, and intelligent workflows, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities AI Application Development - Build and deploy AI-native applications using LLMs and GenAI tools - Develop features like chatbots, copilots, and AI assistants - Integrate AI capabilities into production systems LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering - Work with Open AI / Anthropic / Hugging Face APIs - Design and optimize prompts, system instructions, and workflows - Implement function calling and tool usage RAG & Data Pipelines - Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems - Work with embeddings and vector databases - Handle data ingestion, chunking, and semantic search Backend & System Design - Develop scalable backend systems using Python / Node.js - Build APIs and microservices for AI applications - Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability AI Agents & Automation - Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows - Work with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI - Automate complex tasks using AI Evaluation & Optimization - Evaluate model outputs and improve accuracy - Reduce hallucinations and optimize prompts - Optimize latency and token cost Required Skills & Qualifications Core Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) - Experience with APIs and backend development - Good understanding of data structures and system design AI / GenAI Skills (Must-Have) - Hands-on experience with: - LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) - Prompt Engineering - RAG pipelines - Understanding of: - Embeddings - Semantic search - NLP basics Tools & Frameworks - Experience with: - LangChain / LlamaIndex - Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) - Familiarity with Hugging Face ecosystem Cloud & Deployment - Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure - Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines Preferred Qualifications - Experience building AI SaaS products - Exposure to AI agents / autonomous systems - Start-up or fast-paced setting experience - Basic frontend knowledge (React) is a plus What Were Looking For - Strong problem-solving mindset - Ability to work in fast execution cycles - High ownership and accountability - Passion for building AI-first products Why Join Onelab Ventures - Work on cutting-edge AI-native systems - High ownership and real product impact - Fast learning and growth environment - Opportunity to build next-gen AI products Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Application Question(s): - What is your current CTC - What is your expected CTC - What is your notice period - What is your current location - What is your CGPA - Institute/College name Work Location: In person .
