Job Title: SDE2 (Software Development Engineer 2) - MERN Stack Location: Hinjewadi phase 1 pune (onsite) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in MERN stack development. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of code quality and continuous improvement. - Create and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative features and enhance product functionality. - Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in software development with a solid focus on the MERN stack. - Proficiency in front-end development using React and a solid understanding of state management (Redux, Context API). - Back-end expertise in Node.js and Express.js, with experience in RESTful API design and development. - Experience working with MongoDB, including data modeling, querying, and optimization for performance. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap). Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with deployment and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). - Knowledge of additional JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Next.js) and experience with server-side rendering. - Understanding of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) for unit and integration testing. - Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration .
