OIC LEAD

We are looking for an experienced OIC Lead to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for leading integration projects using Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, and OSB, working onsite with a 6-day work week. This is a full-time role requiring immediate availability and deep expertise in cloud-based integrations. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and oversee complex integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and OSB to connect enterprise systems.Implement integration patterns including REST, SOAP, FTP, and B2B to ensure seamless data flow across applications.Collaborate with teams to integrate Oracle Fusion modules such as ERP, HCM, SCM, and Finance, leveraging tools like BI Publisher and OTBI.Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior consultants and enforcing best practices for integration design and deployment.Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations, ensuring high performance and reliability in a production environment.Requirements: 10+ years of experience in integration development, with a strong focus on Oracle Integration Cloud, SOA, and OSB.Hands-on expertise with REST, SOAP, FTP, and B2B integration protocols and APIs.Exposure to Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or Finance) and reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI.Proficiency in PL/SQL and database querying for integration-related data manipulation.Oracle Integration certification is highly preferred, and candidates must be available to join within 15 days of offer.Who Should Apply: This role is ideal for a seasoned Oracle integration specialist who thrives in a hands-on, leadership capacity.
