About the role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong technical skills on the Salesforce platform, especially Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have handson experience building AIpowered agents using Agentforce and will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver highquality, scalable solutions. This role involves designing, building, and deploying agents that leverage Apex, Flows, Agentforce Actions, and data from Salesforce as well as external systems such as ERP platforms. Required skills Practical experience building Agentforce agents in real projects Good understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and automation Experience of Salesforce architectural patterns and limits Solid understanding of APIs, data transformation, and error handling Key Responsibilities Work closely with senior business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements Translate business needs into welldesigned technical solutions Design and build Agentforce agents for client use cases Develop solutions using Apex, - Salesforce Flows, and Agentforce Actions Integrate Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP) to fetch and process data Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and standards, especially incorporating guardrails for agents Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Nice to Have Salesforce certifications Experience with large or enterprise Salesforce implementations Exposure to Data Cloud or advanced integrations .
