About the role
Job Title: Sr. / Lead - SAP HR HCM with Workday integration Experience: 7 To 9 yrs Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Responsibilities - Implement and configure SAP-HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, and CATS - Analyze HR business processes and provide solutions to enhance efficiency. - Should have good experience and knowledge on Workday Interfaces. - Coordinate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-HCM. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes. - Provide end-user support and training for SAP-HCM functionalities. - Positive knowledge on SAP HCM integration points with FICO and PS - Good experience on integration points of CATS and other modules - Employee hire and termination - Employee payroll .
