About the role
Role Overview: You are a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for driving insights that impact business performance and product decisions. Your role involves deep analytical skills, a clear business mindset, and understanding customer behavior throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to translate data into actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive business and product insights covering acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. - Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs. - Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to identify growth opportunities. - Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports for reliable data sources. - Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes. - Proactively identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities through data-backed narratives. - Work with Data Engineering and Product teams to enhance data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness. - Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Qualification Required: - 7-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics, preferably in product-led or consumer internet / fintech organizations. - Proficiency in SQL is mandatory with the ability to handle large and complex datasets. - Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. - Understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics. - Demonstrated capability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights independently. - Strong communication skills and adeptness in working with senior stakeholders.
