TechOps Intern

Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement new systems and processes. Develop and maintain documentation of existing systems and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
