About the role
Strong computer, mechanical and math aptitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to work with internal and external customers. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate respectfully in a team setting. Lift up to 100 lbs. at waist level and up to 70 lbs. at shoulder level occasionally. Push or pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally. Generate up to 100 lbs. of grip strength and 20 lbs. of pinch strength occasionally. Perform repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours per day. Stand continuously and walk frequently during shifts. Stoop, kneel, squat, and reach forward or sideways as needed. Perform occasional elevated work when handling products. Display average coordination with both hands continuously. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Manufacturing experience preferred. Training experience preferred. Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. Training timeline for this position is up to 12 weeks or more.
