About the role
Job Description:
Responsible for the maintenance of the Oracle database hosted on 12c RAC cluster server used to support the Enovia 2013x application.
Provide the expertise in resolving product maintenance and escalation issues for the DWB Application team.
Act as a point of contact for the DWB Application team for support relative to database features and database enhancement requirements
Guide the operations team and collaborate on the architectural activities for the major and minor incidents and problems.
Troubleshoot database issues/behaviors and take appropriate actions.
Direct/influence L2 and L3 level resources to ensure problem resolution.
Prepare documentation and guidance to empower the L2/L3 resources to own and solve more database issues, offloading the DBA to work more unique needs
Work to migrate as many systemic fixes to the L2 team or develop automations to abate the problems.
