As a Business Analyst in Capital Management Technology, your role involves being a hands-on Subject Matter Expert responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing capital management solutions within the Treasury Technology function. You will need a strong combination of analytical and technical expertise to translate complex capital management business rules into scalable and sustainable technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data management activities and collaborating closely with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), technology partners, business stakeholders, and POD members within an agile delivery model. Domain Expertise: - Treasury and Balance Sheet Management - Asset and Liability Management (ALM) - Cash Management and Accounting - Liquidity Management - Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) processes Good to Have: - Knowledge of IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) - Advanced understanding of Liquidity Management Key Responsibilities: - Translate capital management business rules and data requirements into detailed technology specifications, mappings, and control frameworks, including requirement traceability matrices. - Author clear and well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence. - Develop and maintain data lineage, data catalogs, and control documentation to support transparency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. - Prepare comprehensive test cases and test plans; lead triage and quality assurance activities to validate data accuracy and system integrity. - Conduct data discovery and profiling on critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and data quality. - Perform hands-on analysis across data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies. - Create detailed data flows and process diagrams using Visio, Confluence, and related tools. - Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets and demonstrate an understanding of big data concepts. - Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management. You should have 5 to 13 years of experience in this field and be able to join within immediate to 30 days notice period. The job location is in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai.
