About the role
As a Business Analyst in Capital Management Technology, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and enhancing capital management solutions within the Treasury Technology function. Your expertise in both analytics and technology will be essential in translating complex capital management business rules into sustainable technology solutions. You will collaborate with Business Systems Analysts, technology partners, and business stakeholders within an agile delivery model. Key Responsibilities: - Translate capital management business rules and data requirements into detailed technology specifications, mappings, and control frameworks with traceability matrices. - Author clear user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence. - Develop and maintain data lineage, data catalogs, and control documentation to ensure transparency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. - Prepare comprehensive test cases, test plans, and lead quality assurance activities to validate data accuracy and system integrity. - Conduct data discovery and profiling on critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and data quality. - Analyze data platforms, integration processes, and testing methodologies hands-on. - Create detailed data flows and process diagrams using tools like Visio and Confluence. - Utilize SQL for analyzing large datasets and demonstrate an understanding of big data concepts. - Maintain a strong foundational understanding of financial products and their impact on capital management. Qualifications Required: - 5 to 13 years of experience in capital management technology or related field. - Domain expertise in Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, Asset and Liability Management, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, and Funds Transfer Pricing. - Knowledge of IRRBB and advanced understanding of Liquidity Management would be advantageous.
