Senior TM1/Planning Analytics Developer

You are seeking a Senior TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics Developer to take charge of delivering complete TM1 solutions for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. Your role involves collaborating closely with Finance and Finance Systems teams to ensure the TM1 platform's stability, performance optimization, and continuous enhancement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end TM1 development, enhancements, and support. - Design and upkeep TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes. - Create reports and input templates utilizing PAW, PAX, and TM1 Perspectives. - Integrate TM1 with ERP systems, data warehouses, and various data sources. - Optimize system performance, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation. - Oversee user security, access controls, governance, and audit requirements. - Provide user support, training, and documentation. - Drive automation and continuous improvements leveraging SQL and Python. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years in BI / Financial Systems with at least 5 years hands-on experience in TM1 / Planning Analytics. - Strong proficiency in TM1 development including cubes, rules, feeders, and TI. - Advanced SQL skills are essential; experience with Python is advantageous. - Sound understanding of finance concepts such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Demonstrated experience in direct collaboration with finance stakeholders. Additional Company Details: - Exposure to Python automation, TM1 REST API, and data lakes is beneficial. - Familiarity with AI/ML forecasting, RPA, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
