About the Role Our client is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Blockchain Security Analyst to join their growing team in Chandigarh . This critical role involves safeguarding our blockchain infrastructure and decentralized applications against emerging threats. You will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, conducting security assessments, and implementing robust security measures to protect our digital assets and user data. As a key member of the security team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and trustworthiness of our blockchain ecosystem. This is an on-site position, fostering close collaboration and immediate response capabilities within our Chandigarh operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive security audits and penetration testing of smart contracts, dApps, and blockchain protocols. Identify and analyze potential security vulnerabilities, threats, and risks within the blockchain ecosystem. Develop and implement security best practices and standards for blockchain development and deployment. Monitor blockchain networks for suspicious activities and respond promptly to security incidents. Create detailed reports on security findings, risk assessments, and recommended remediation strategies. Collaborate with development teams to integrate security measures throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques in the blockchain space. Develop and maintain security documentation and incident response plans. Contribute to the security awareness and training of internal teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a specialization in blockchain security. Proven experience in smart contract auditing and vulnerability analysis. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms. Proficiency in security analysis tools and techniques. Knowledge of common smart contract vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, integer overflow/underflow). Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues clearly. Must be able to work on-site in our Chandigarh office.
