About the Role Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS provider, is looking for a visionary Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to spearhead their cloud infrastructure initiatives. This pivotal role, based in Patna, Bihar, IN , will involve designing, implementing, and managing highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments. You will be responsible for defining the cloud strategy, selecting appropriate technologies, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with business objectives. Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Provide technical leadership and guidance to cloud engineering and operations teams. Define and enforce cloud architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines. Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services. Oversee the migration of existing applications and services to the cloud. Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for cloud environments. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and cost in the cloud. Conduct performance testing and capacity planning for cloud resources. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Mentor junior cloud engineers and architects. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on cloud architecture and implementation. Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven experience designing and implementing complex, multi-tier cloud solutions. Strong understanding of networking, security, and data storage principles in a cloud context. Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with migrating legacy systems to the cloud is highly desirable.
