About the role
Job description
Primarily focusee on operating systems and server management with specifically SonicWall and firewall configurations.
Oversee and manage Office 365 suite.
Set up new hardware and software, including server networks, devices, and firewalls.
Work with Hyper-V, VMware ESXi (5.x and above) for administrative purposes.
Oversee system performance, operations, and storage utilization.
Handle user accounts, asset management, and security permissions adhering to security policies.
Assist with escalated help desk requests.
Monitor and deploy antivirus clients on laptops and desktops.
Handle administration, auditing, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) creation/modification.
Manage and maintaining IIS servers.
Handle Windows updates within the network.
Install and ensuring the performance of database servers.
Mentor team members and educating users on systems.
Technical Skills
Experience as a system admin with hands on experience in On-Premise Infrastructure, Cloud Infrastructure, Office 365 Administration, Azure and Networking.
Troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
Sound understanding and expertise in Azure infrastructure.
Experience in Cloud Technologies will be an added advantage.
Preferred to have MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and Azure Certification
