Skilled in Office 365 and Azure cloud administration tasks.

Technical Skills

Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and help desk support.

Proficiency in Hardware, Networking, Firewall, and Windows Active Directory.

Expertise in Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Firewall policies, Switch management, and exposure to DevOps practices.

Dynamic, flexible, with perseverance skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
