Technical Manager – Salesforce LWC

Job description

Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.

Lead and supervise the team in achieving project milestones and technical objectives.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Design and execute intricate Salesforce customizations involving Flows, Apex, Aura, and LWC.

Oversee data migration and integration projects related to Salesforce, ensuring seamless operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to decipher technical requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.

Manage and lead complex Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Technical Skills

Experience in Salesforce development and management roles.

Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Flows, Apex, Aura, LWC, and CPQ (preferable).

Extensive experience in data migration and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Competency in technical design documentation and effective communication skills.

Knowledge of Omni Studio will be considered an added advantage.

Preferred – Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer 1 and Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
