UX UI Manager

Job description

Build and mentor teams while overseeing design projects and performing design evaluations.

Establish quality benchmarks and brand identity guidelines to ensure design excellence.

Develop responsive design websites and address browser compatibility issues effectively.

Utilize expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Ensure an adept understanding of front-end optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive web design.

Implement a standardized system for efficient design delivery and operationalization.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including content developers, IT, senior management, internal business partners, and vendors.

Technical Skills

Experience in UX/UI design roles.

Strong expertise in Color Combination, Layout Design, and UI/UX principles.

Proficiency in managing multiple websites on WordPress, other CMS platforms, and custom-based systems.

Abreast of the latest design tools and techniques.

Experience in execution of design templates aligning with various marketing channels.

Ensure layout and design compliance with brand and production standards while following best practices.
