Job Title: Senior Product Manager AI & Agile Transformation Experience: 5–8 Years Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-driven initiatives, Agile product delivery, and business transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, developing AI roadmaps, driving innovation, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Develop and manage product roadmaps and delivery plans. Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and operational improvements. Lead Agile teams through product lifecycle management. Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams. Drive product adoption, process optimization, and business value realization. Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize initiatives based on impact. Key Performance Measures Clear and prioritized AI roadmap aligned with business outcomes. Successful progression of AI initiatives from concept to scale. Strong stakeholder confidence in AI investment decisions. Improved operational efficiency and business performance. Successful Agile delivery of product commitments. Education & Certifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe, PMI-ACP). AI, Automation, or Product Management certifications. Preferred Candidate Profile 5–8 years of Product Management experience. Strong experience in Agile product delivery. Exposure to AI, Automation, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions. Proven success in business transformation and process optimization. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
