Position: Software Developer Exp:1 to 3 Years Location: Bangalore Top skills: SQL Excel Front End Technologies Back End Technologies Agile API We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Development Engineer 2 to join our Site Payments Clinical Technology Team . In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that integrate subject activity data from various source systems and generate payable datasets for the Site Payments team. You will work across the full application stack, contribute to platform enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions that meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate subject activity data from multiple sources and produce accurate payable datasets for clinical site payment processing. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Develop and enhance both front-end user interfaces and back-end application components. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and code-related issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, quality engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Review functional specifications, technical documentation, and validation deliverables to ensure quality and compliance. Continuously improve existing platforms to meet changing user and business requirements. Follow software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Support development initiatives with guidance while progressively taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 12 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development methodologies. Experience in developing web applications and working across front-end and back-end technologies. Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts. Familiarity with source control systems such as Git. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud technologies and modern application architectures. Exposure to clinical, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical domains. Understanding of Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of software testing, validation processes, and quality standards. Experience working with APIs, data processing, and system integrations.
