As a product systems implementation consultant, you'll lead the development and enhancement of Property Product models. You’ll drive projects from early strawman requirements through IT partnership, approvals, training, and knowledge transfer to Deployment teams. You’ll maintain cross-functional project plans to meet project deadlines, lead product feature initiatives outside the core model, and provide consultation on complex product system and process work. If you thrive in ambiguity, are intellectually curious, and excited about building new things, this is the role for you. This is a remote position. Must-have qualifications A minimum of ten years of experience in business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) and / or product development and analysis. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of study and a minimum of seven years of experience in working with business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.) and/or product development and analysis. Preferred skills Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty quoting functionality. Experience managing system and process complexities while providing process and system design recommendations. Experience documenting and presenting scope and requirements of large and complex high-visibility projects with attention to detail at all levels of the organization. Experience implementing complex technology solutions. Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and advance projects to improve quality, cost, and speed to market. Compensation $98,400 - $131,200/year Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
