About the role
Role & responsibilities Position: Business Analyst / Technology Assessment Consultant Experience: 7+ Years Location: Bengaluru Mandatory Experience 7+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, managed services, application modernization, or enterprise architecture. Experience supporting enterprise technology assessment engagements. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Experience working with infrastructure, cloud, security, architecture, and delivery teams. Strong documentation, analysis, and reporting capabilities. Mandatory Technical Skills Working knowledge of AWS, infrastructure, networking, IAM, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and security. Exposure to OpenShift, Kafka, Oracle, application dependencies, network flows, DevOps, observability, and ITSM. Experience preparing assessment deliverables such as: Current-State Assessment Reports Risk Registers Dependency Maps Maturity Scorecards Executive Summaries Remediation Roadmaps Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration tools. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Capacity, Availability, and Service Continuity Management. Preferred Skills CBAP / CCBA / PMI-PBA / ITIL / Scrum Master / SAFe certifications. Experience in cloud migration, application modernization, infrastructure assessment, cloud readiness, or cybersecurity assessment engagements. Experience creating process flows, stakeholder maps, RACI matrices, executive presentations, and assessment documentation.
