About the role
Role Summary: We are recruiting for a Manager with an ERP skillset to support Technology M&A engagements. The role involves leading client delivery across technology due diligence, ERP integration and separation programs, and supporting practice development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Client Delivery: - Prepare, plan, and deliver technology due diligence and technology transformation programs with a focus on ERP implications in transactions. - Lead and support clients through acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other transaction-related technology programs. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations related to ERP systems and transaction execution. - Oversee ERP integration and separation activities during mergers and acquisitions. - Lead client meetings and collaborate with business stakeholders to capture ERP functional requirements. - Manage ERP data migration projects and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure successful implementation and migration. - Prepare and review IT due diligence reports during pre-deal assessments. - Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Practice Development: - Develop ERP-focused solutions and service offerings. - Strengthen ERP capabilities and knowledge within the team. - Coach and mentor junior team members. - Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings within transaction engagements. - Manage project quality, risk, and overall engagement delivery. Required Skills & Experience: ERP Expertise: Deep technical expertise in at least one of the following ERP platforms: 1. SAP 2. Oracle 3. Microsoft Dynamics Experience: Strong experience in consulting or industry environments with exposure to ERP programs, preferably within M&A transactions, including: 1. ERP implementation and support 2. IT integration and separation planning and execution 3. ERP architecture and diagnostics 4. IT due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) 5. IT operating model and organization design 6. Transitional Service Agreements (TSA) design, negotiation, and management 7. Technology, infrastructure, application, and data migration programs. Additional Requirements: - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Understanding of the full deal lifecycle and the role of technology within transactions. - Experience leading client workshops, interviews, and governance meetings. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams. - Experience leading teams and supporting career development initiatives.
