Business & Data Analyst

Job Description: You are a skilled Business & Data Analyst with experience in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain. Your role involves bridging business needs with data-driven insights, utilizing analytics tools and cloud technologies to enhance decision-making and improve business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions. - Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to derive actionable insights. - Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support business stakeholders. - Handle large datasets in Azure Cloud environments. - Collaborate with business teams, product owners, and technical teams to define KPIs and metrics. - Conduct data validation, quality checks, and ensure data integrity. - Support regulatory and reporting requirements within the BFS domain. - Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in BFS (Banking & Financial Services) domain. - Proficiency in Data Analysis techniques. - Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). - Strong expertise in SQL for data querying and manipulation. - Experience working with Azure Cloud (Data services preferred). - Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
