Platform Engineer

Required Qualifications • Proven hands-on experience managing GitLab in production environments • Demonstrated expertise with Nexus Repository Manager and Nexus IQ Server • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and practical experience implementing automated pipelines • Experience managing Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira) including user management, workflow configuration, and integrations • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Key Skills: • GitLab Certified Associate/Professional • Atlassian Certified Professional (Jira/Confluence) • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or equivalent cloud certification • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) • Docker Certified Associate • Prior experience of working in IBs is a plus but not mandatory. Core Platform Technologies (Must-Have) • IT Infrastructure: Linux and Network • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana • Configuration Management: Ansible • Repository: Gitlab, GitHub, Jenkins. Etc • Artifactory: Jfrog, nexus. Etc • Microservices: Docker, Kubernetes etc • ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA • Strong verbal and written communication skills (as this is a senior global stakeholder facing role) • Highly proactive and takes initiative to identify problem areas to evolve solutions.
