About the Role : Looking for a Senior SAP PP-QM Lead / Manager to design complex enterprise manufacturing solutions, direct cross-functional enhancements, and lead client deliverables.Overview : Designation : Deputy Manager / ManagerExperience : 6 to 8 YearsLocation : Noida / Gurgaon / MumbaiKey Responsibilities : - Lead blueprinting and solution architecture for integrated PP and QM processes.- Design advanced quality management controls and multi-plant production strategies.- Guide cross-functional project teams, manage project timelines, and deliver key milestones.- Review functional specs and validate custom technical developments with development teams.- Act as the primary advisor for client business leaders on process improvements.Technical Skills : - Solution Architecture : End-to-end integration of MRP, Shop Floor Execution, and Total Quality Management (TQM).- Advanced Quality : Quality Certificates, Stability Studies, Audit Management, Statistical Process Control (SPC).- Delivery & Governance : Functional Specs Creation, RICEF Validation, Client Workshop Facilitation, Team Mentoring.
