Job Description : Job Title : ServiceNow Developer (Contract to Hire) Company : RHI Magnesita (via Protiviti Initial Contract) Location : Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad Experience : 5+ Years Employment Type : Contract - Initial 6 months with Protiviti (payroll) Post 6 months, transition to RHI Magnesita permanent role based on performance About the Role : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, where the candidate will be employed by Protiviti for the first 6 months, post which they will transition to RHI Magnesita's permanent payroll based on performance. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. - Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM. - Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts. - Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations using : 1. REST/SOAP APIs 2. MID Server 3. Integration Hub / Flow Designer - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform unit testing, debugging, and application performance optimization. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards. - Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer. - Support production deployments and provide post-go-live support. Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. - Strong expertise in : 1. ITSM Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) 2. JavaScript and Glide APIs - Hands-on experience with : 1. REST/SOAP Web Services 2. Third-party system integrations - Experience with : 1. Flow Designer 2. Integration Hub 3. MID Server configuration - Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDB. - Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Certifications (Mandatory) : At least one of the following : 1. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) 2. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Additional certifications in ITSM, Integration, or other modules will be an advantage.) Preferred Skills : - Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) - Knowledge of ITIL processes - Exposure to JavaScript frameworks and external APIs - Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Key Competencies : - Analytical thinking - Problem-solving ability - Team collaboration - Effective communication Nice to Have : - Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and migrations - Knowledge of DevOps practices - Experience in Performance Analytics / Reporting Important Note : This is a Contract-to-Hire role : 1.
