Lighting System Design: Design and develop lighting systems for vehicles, including headlamps, tail lamps, daytime running lights, interior lighting, and other illumination components 3D Modeling: Utilize CATIA to create detailed 3D models of lighting components and their integration into the vehicle's body and trim Concept Development: Develop conceptual designs and prototypes for lighting systems, taking into account design aesthetics, safety regulations, and functionality Optical Engineering: Use optical engineering principles to ensure that lighting components achieve the desired illumination, beam patterns, and aesthetics Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that lighting systems adhere to industry standards and safety regulations relevant to automotive lighting Integration with Body Trims: Integrate lighting components seamlessly into the vehicle's body and trim design, considering the aesthetics and impact on aerodynamics Tolerance Analysis: Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to verify that lighting components will meet design and assembly requirements within specified tolerances Material Selection: Choose materials for lighting components that provide the required optical properties, durability, and resistance to environmental factors
