Role & responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal applications, dashboards, and automation solutions. Design, build, and maintain automation flows that improve business processes and operational efficiency. Develop and enhance Power Apps that support business needs and align with team goals. Partner with stakeholders and leadership to provide clear project updates, timelines, and status reports. Manage project expectations by identifying risks, communicating impediments, and proposing practical solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues proactively and implement effective resolutions to minimize disruption. Analyze business and technical requirements to recommend process improvements and scalable solutions.
